We have fifteen injection moulding machines ranging in size from 27 tonne to 400 tonne. Most machines are fitted with core pulling and other extras. There is a vast array of auxiliary equipment to accommodate the moulding parameters of different raw materials, especially engineering grades.

We have an in-house quality control section that liaises with our customers on quality requirements for each job. There is an assembly area incorporating packaging, ultrasonic welding, secondary operations and final quality checks if required. Our combined moulding, assembly and store area covers over 32,000 square feet.
